Welcome to Custom Corral. "We," "us" and "our" mean Custom Corral, a custom apparel business in Aubrey, Texas. These Terms apply when you visit customcorral.com, place an order, request a quote or use any of our services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.
1. ORDERS AND PROOFS
• Every custom order gets a free digital proof before production.
• Production begins only after you approve the proof. Please check spelling, names, numbers, colors, sizes, placement and logo size carefully.
• Once you approve a proof, we make your order exactly as shown.
• We may accept or decline any order. If we can't fill your order, we'll contact you and refund any payment.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you order, or the price on your approved quote.
• Bulk quotes are valid for 14 days unless the quote says otherwise.
• Taxes and shipping are added at checkout or listed on your quote.
• Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. For bulk orders, we may require a deposit or full payment before production.
3. PRODUCTS AND COLORS
• Colors on screens may look slightly different from fabric and thread.
• Print and embroidery placement may vary slightly from piece to piece, as is normal for hand-loaded production.
• Garment sizes and fits are set by the manufacturer. Please check size charts before ordering.
• If an item or color goes out of stock, we'll contact you with options.
4. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DEADLINES
Production and delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. If you have an event date, tell us before ordering. We'll do our best to meet it, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supplier shortages or late proof approvals.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Custom items are made just for you and are final sale, except for defects, our mistakes or shipping damage. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
6. ARTWORK, LOGOS & COPYRIGHT
You must own or have permission. By uploading or sending us any design, logo, photo, text, name or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have written permission from the owner, and that it does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, likeness or other rights.
What we can't print or stitch. We do not reproduce protected material without the owner's permission, including brand or company logos (for example Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, sports teams and colleges), cartoon, movie, TV or video game characters, celebrity names, photos or likenesses, and song lyrics or artwork copied from other artists or businesses. For business, team, school or organization orders, we may ask you to confirm you're authorized to use the logo.
Brand-name apparel. When you order brand-name garments from us (such as Under Armour, Adidas, Champion or Columbia), we decorate them with YOUR design only. We never add the brand's logo as a decoration, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands. Brand names are trademarks of their owners.
Our right to refuse. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe infringes someone else's rights or is offensive, hateful or illegal. If we cancel for this reason before production, you'll get a full refund.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for the artwork you provide. If anyone makes a claim against Custom Corral because of your artwork, you agree to cover the resulting costs, damages and legal fees.
Your designs stay yours. You keep all rights to your own artwork. We use it only to make your order and keep it on file for reorders. We never sell it or use it for other customers.
Our designs. Designs and mockups created by Custom Corral (including AI-assisted designs we make for you) are made for your order, and you may use the finished products as you like. If you want the design files for other uses, ask us.
Portfolio. We may share photos of finished products on our website or social media. If you don't want your order shown, just tell us.
Reporting infringement. If you believe something we made infringes your rights, contact us with details and we'll review it promptly.
7. WEBSITE USE
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape or misuse our website content, photos or designs, or try to interfere with its security or operation.
8. OUR CONTENT
Our name, logo, website text, photos and original designs belong to Custom Corral and may not be used without our written permission. Third-party brand names and logos shown on our website belong to their owners.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store runs on Shopify, and some products are made or shipped by trusted partners. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our site.
10. ERRORS
We try to keep all information accurate, but mistakes in prices, descriptions or availability can happen. We may correct errors and update or cancel orders affected by them, with a refund for any canceled items.
11. DISCLAIMER
Our website and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in our policies.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Custom Corral's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or missed events.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use our website after changes means you accept them.
