SHIPPING POLICY

Every Custom Corral order is made to order with your design. Your delivery time has two parts: production time (making your item) and shipping time (getting it to you).
STEP 1: FREE PROOF
Before we make anything, we send you a free digital proof of your design. Production starts once you approve it. The sooner you approve, the sooner your order ships.
STEP 2: PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval)
• Online orders (1–9 pieces): usually 3–7 business days.
• Bulk orders (10+ pieces): usually 5–10 business days, depending on quantity, items and decoration. We confirm your ready date with your quote and proof.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Busy seasons (back to school, football season, holidays) can add a few days.
STEP 3: SHIPPING TIME
• Standard shipping: $8, usually 3–7 business days after your order ships. FREE on orders of $70 or more.
• Express shipping: $15, usually 1–3 business days after your order ships.
• Bulk orders may ship in more than one box. Shipping for large bulk orders is included in your quote.
HAVE A DEADLINE?
Tell us your event date before you order or in your quote request. We'll let you know if we can make it, and we'll do our best to hit it. Rush production may be available for an extra fee.
LOCAL ORDERS (NORTH TEXAS)
Ordering from Aubrey, Denton, Frisco, Prosper, Little Elm or nearby? Ask us about local pickup or delivery when you place your order.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to addresses in the United States.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
LOST, LATE OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us right away. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
ADDRESS MISTAKES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, text or email us as soon as possible.
